We have just recently started at this martial art Academy and it is helped my son tremendously focusing his energy in a positive way. Sensei Ben and his team are very patient with the children With helping them learn. We appreciate all that they do! Would recommend this dojo to all ages!

This is the place that started it all for me. About 10 years ago, I came in for a ladies' kickboxing class. Although I was unathletic and just generally out of shape, I kept up classes for months until I left Okinawa. It was my first experience working out hard and seeing physically strong and dedicated women compete, work out, and hone their skills.
Ten years later, I have many more years of martial arts experience. Those all ladies' kickboxing classes gave me the confidence to eventually try Capoeira and bjj. I am truly grateful that I found this academy that instilled in me a love for martial arts. I'm so glad to see it's still thriving.

I joined with the intention of improving my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) skills, and I can confidently say that it has been one of the best decisions I've made for my physical and mental well-being. The gym's environment, instructors, and community have all contributed to my growth as a martial artist and as a person.
Sensei Ben is not only highly skilled in BJJ but also incredibly passionate about teaching and helping their students succeed. He take the time to understand each student's goals and tailor their instruction accordingly. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, they provide personalized guidance and feedback to help you improve.
The gym itself is well-equipped with everything you need for a great training session. The mats are clean and spacious, and there's plenty of room for everyone to train comfortably. The facility also offers a variety of classes, including fundamentals, advanced techniques, and even self-defense classes, so there's something for everyone regardless of skill level or interest.
One of the things that sets Moriniere Martial Arts Academy apart from other BJJ gyms is its sense of community. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by my fellow students and instructors. My son has been attending for the last 6 months. All the coaches have been patient and understanding. They really care about the kids and takes time with them individually until they understand. I 100% recommend and wish we could take them with us when we PCS.

My son has been attending Moriniere Martial Arts Academy and we love it. They have taught my son so much and his confidence has sky rocketed because of all the wonderful coaches that push him daily and motivate him. If you are looking for a place for your kids to train this is it, look no further.

My daughter started MMA here around June this year. At first she was shy and scared. The coaches made her feel welcomed and the other kids training there are very friendly and welcoming as well. It is a well disciplined dojo. The coaches are fun but also well versed. My daughter is doing awesome now and has also become more confident in herself. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to send their kids for any form of martial arts. They do BJJ, MMA, Capoeira. They have adult classes as well.
